Q1: How do I choose the right size?
R1: Due to varying measuring standards in different regions, please refer to the size charts provided.
Q2: Why is there no tracing information after the items are shipped?
R2: It normally takes a few days before tracking information becomes available because items are usually shipped to the warehouse first. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Q3: If I buy two pairs, can I have the second pair free of delivery fees?
R3: No. International delivery fees are calculated based on weight rather than numbers.
Q4: Does the colour of the actual shoes look different with that in the pictures?
R4:All pictures are taken from the actual products. However, it is normal that colors may appear slightly different due to different monitors and lighting.
Q5: If I need the items urgently, can I have them delivered by a faster shipment method rather than normal dilivery ?
R5: Yes.If you need the products urgently, please feel free to contact us for fast delivery. Extra charges apply.
Q6: Can I cancel or change my order after they are shipped?
R6: Unfortunately no. Already shipped items can not be recalled.
Q7: What is the return and refund policy?
